3 - Developing the PMI function
Monitor post-merger integration success, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions as needed
Collaborate with the corporate development team to identify new potential acquisition targets and provide due diligence support as needed
Prepare the handover of the external PMI function to internal teams, or select suitable suppliers
Design and roll out trainings of corporate teams
