How to organize a PMI project ?
Designing and planning the project
A PMI project is typically organized around work-streams involving the teams combined with milestones, providing the pace of the project.
In our 4P method (Purpose>Picture>Plan>People), we will iterate the design and the execution of such a project, putting synergy tracking and people related aspects at the heart of each cell.
Every week, we will thoroughly update the project plan, highliting objective dependencies and execution risks as well as subjectively measuring the emotional and psychological states of people.
Conducting the project : using checklists
The use of checklists for each major milestone of the project, ensure the vizualization of the dependencies and prerequisites, and allows to control the health of the program and of the teams.
Keeping these checklists simple, is critical for a smooth execution of the program.
